The Switch kit is a stand-alone board that takes a momentary switch provides Gate, Trigger, and Toggle outputs. A tiny processor debounces the switch and generates the outputs. It uses 3.5mm right-angle jacks to mount straight to a front panel, or it can be hand wired to whatever jack arrangement the user wants.
The kit also has 2 LEDs to show the output status. A switch is included in the kit, but any switch will work as long as its a normally open momentary.
The kit uses a standard 10 pin Eurorack power connector, or power can be wired directly to the board.
